Recently, Fain Yiou Tsen, the Head of China Affairs for the International Department of the College of Staten Island, City University of New York, visited Jinan Vocational College for discussions. The meeting was attended by Jiang Xueyan, Vice President of Jinan Vocational College; Ye Shuai, Vice Dean of the International College; and Cui Yu, the head of the Sino-American program.

Jiang Xueyan warmly welcomed Fain Yiou Tsen and introduced the college’s history, unique educational features, and talent development initiatives. She affirmed the achievements of the Sino-American cooperative educational institution thus far. Both sides engaged in detailed discussions on the further development of Sino-American cooperative projects, expressing hopes for a strong collaboration to create an internationally recognized educational partnership.

Following the meeting, Jiang Xueyan and Fain Yiou Tsen exchanged commemorative gifts. Additionally, Fain Yiou Tsen presented T-shirts from the College of Staten Island to student representatives from the International College.

Fain Yiou Tsen then toured the Financial and Trade School, Computer Science School, and Preschool Education School at Jinan Vocational College, inspecting the construction of the cooperative education program’s training labs and observing student classes. He highly praised the college's achievements in talent cultivation, educational management, and contributions to local development through Sino-foreign cooperative education programs.
